I cannot say enough good about Cassandra. I could honestly write a novel on how much she has done for me. She walked me through every step of purchasing a home. When this was just a thought, she made it a reality. She taught, guided and prepared me with everything I needed to do and know. I followed every bit of advice she had to offer. Thanks to that it led me into a house of my very own. She is much more than a Mortgage Agent. She is a councillor, a teacher, the person that helps figure it all out. When things seemed tough she listened. I mean actually listened. She listened to my budget, my likes, my dislikes and probably to some of my drama. She figured out a price range that I should be looking around. She took out all of the guessing. Cassandra told me what to expect. There was not a single surprise and not once did I feel blind. She set me up with all of the right people along the whole process. Every ounce of stress was removed or brought to very minimal. This became a huge, happy and exciting milestone in my life. I know without her I would have felt rushed, blind, overwhelmed and like I couldn't do this. She made it possible and really does go above and beyond. Cassandra is honest and makes things happen. I would and do recommend her to anyone and everyone. Without her none of this would have been possible. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.
